I partnered with London based tech company, LumiLinks, to create video assets for their new product offering. Their product CustomerLinks is designed to help businesses better manage and engage with their customers by simplifying 'golden customer records'.

The creative process flowed from initial discovery calls and script sessions to storyboards and styleframes, before I tackled the animation. The company's branding lacked depth and clear guidelines so I needed to set some foundations. I began to set motion principles for text animations and transitions between scenes in order to maintain a consistent visual language.

Sound design was a huge focus for this project and I poured hours into sourcing and creating an audio landscape that matched the visuals. The video explainer is driven by a voiceover that I created using ElevenLabs, it's bedded on an ethereal music track layered with engaging sound effects.
